Company Background

Disaster Response Solutions, Inc. (DRS) produces high quality mobile supply caches and specialized equipment for responding to mass casualty events and other disasters.  Daniel Mack, the founder of DRS, has over 30 years of experience in emergency medical and fire services, working as a field provider, a product developer, and an instructor.  Additionally, key management personnel of DRS also have experience both as end-users of DRS products and equipment, and in designing custom equipment to meet the varied needs of our customers.  This unique mix of practical and design experience has allowed DRS to become an industry leader in the United States, recognized for its innovation, its quality products, and its customer service.

Our desire at DRS is to bring our knowledge, expertise, and experience to India.  Therefore, we are forming a separate business entity in India.  Disaster Response Solutions of India (DRSI) will offer the same high quality products and service to its customers in India.  We will also maintain the same business philosophy of designing our products to meet the unique mission needs of our customers.  Through strategic partnerships, DRSI will be able to accomplish this in India by using Indian components and labor, thereby supporting the local economy.  With the condition of the world economic climate, we believe it is important that tax monies collected from the citizens of India benefit its citizens not only in the form of enhanced preparedness to respond to disasters and other emergencies, but to also create local jobs in India. 

More importantly, our foremost desire has always been to help alleviate the pain and suffering of the victims of disasters.  Whether the disaster be small in magnitude (such as a bus or train crash), or large (such as a natural disaster or a large-scale terrorist event), the result is always the same – physical and mental injury to both the victims and to their families.  Although planning is an important component of disaster management, without the right equipment and training, the results of a disaster can be devastating both in the short term and the long term.  It brings us much satisfaction to know that DRSI will bring comfort and hope to those directly impacted by disaster.
